From a modest film festival for children held in the autumn school holidays, Cinekid has grown into the world’s largest international media festival for children, covering the entire chain of the media industry for young audiences. In addition, throughout the year Cinekid develops activities for children in the areas of film, television and new media.

Each year Cinekid showcases the best new films for children and young people from all of the world. Cinekid takes great care selecting films of all genres and including works for children in each of Cinekid’s age categories (from 3 until 14 years old).

This year Cinekid festival takes place from the 11th till the 17st of October 2014.
